How long does the filter last?

Each filter is designed to last up to 3 months of use — however, the actual lifespan may vary depending on usage frequency and the number of people sharing the same showerhead.

How does the iBloomy filter work?

The iBloomy filter is designed to reduce common impurities found in shower water (such as residual chlorine and sediments) through a combination of advanced filtering materials. Our goal is to provide a more pleasant shower experience that is gentler on your skin and hair compared to untreated water.

Is installation difficult?

Installation? Simple.

STEP 1 Remove your old showerhead by unscrewing it.

STEP 2 iBloomy comes with a filter pre-installed, so there is no need to set one up. Just to be safe, unscrew the front part to confirm the filter is securely in place.

STEP 3 Using the included Teflon tape, wrap the threaded part of the exposed pipe twice and tear. Simply twist iBloomy on until it fits snugly.

Will it affect my water pressure?

iBloomy is designed to maintain consistent water flow and maximize the pressure your system already provides. The connector used is compatible with most standard showers. If your setup is unique (e.g., non-standard fittings), contact us: we’ll help you verify compatibility.

Shipping and Tracking

Orders are processed within 24-72 business hours. Orders with Priority Shipping are processed within 24 hours.

Delivery times vary by destination: in Italy, shipping generally takes 7-14 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package's status.

If the tracking doesn't update immediately, don't worry! Sometimes carriers take up to 48 hours to update their system. If the issue persists for more than 5 days, please contact us at info@ibloomy.com.

Additionally, you can request an address change within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us. After this period, we unfortunately cannot guarantee modifications. In such cases, we would need to ship a new package at 50% of the cost to the customer.

Failed Delivery and Storage

In case of a failed delivery attempt or if the package is held at a local depot, we recommend contacting the local courier to arrange a new delivery attempt. If the package is returned to our warehouse, a €10 fee will be applied for reshipping.

Delays and Refunds

In case of delays, we understand your frustration. However, we only offer refunds once the product has been returned. If the package is currently in transit, we cannot cancel the order. You can still contact us to discuss potential personalized solutions.

Return Policy

You can request a return within 60 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. To start a return, contact us at info@ibloomy.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
